Elemental Coaching Services & Payments

My personal coaching services are retainer-based. I am available daily, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday. If necessary, I can be available evenings. Voicemail service is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I am frequently on the phone with clients throughout the day, but I will return your calls as soon as possible. I will also respond to your e-mails within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

I don’t quote fees on my website because it is important to experience Professional Coaching first-hand and realize the true power and value of coaching.This is why I offer a complimentary coaching session. This one-on-one meeting gives you the opportunity to personally experience the benefits of coaching and ask me questions about the coaching process, my fees, etc. Once you have been coached, you will understand the value in it, and can better determine if this is an appropriate investment in your future. I offer various packages to meet most budgets.

These are my standard coaching services:

A. Life &Career Coaching:

Standard and suggested package consists of three 45-minute phone appointments. This includes resources and information, and unlimited access to assessments and programs. This also includes email contact during the month and brief, five-minute phone calls. Additional coaching packages are available based on your needs.

B. Wellness Coaching:

Standard and suggested package consists of three 40-minute phone appointments. This includes resources and information, access to assessments and programs, email contact during the month, and brief, five-minute phone calls. Additional coaching packages are available based on your needs.

C. Leadership/Corporate Coaching:

All corporate and executive coaching packages, including corporate wellness coaching, are customized based on your needs. Contact me to learn more.

D. Group Coaching:

Standardand suggested package consists of two 60 minute group phone appointments, including weekly program resources and action challenges. Some group packages include one individual 30-minute session. Custom packages are available based on your needs.

The standard and suggested package skips coaching meetings on the fourth week of each month. This gives you the opportunity to integrate your recent work into your life, business or career. This package has proven to be the most productive and cost-effective.

To maximize your success, I recommend a commitment of six months. After five months, we will reassess your needs to determine the level on which you should continue your growth.

Quarterly maintenance coaching programs are also available to keep you on track and support your future progress.

I accept payments via check, PayPal, credit cards and cash.

In the United States, all expenses for continuing education undertaken to maintain and improve business and professional skills are tax deductible. (Treas. Reg. 1-162-5, Coughlin vs. Commissioner, 203F 2d 307). Contact your tax consultant.
