 Elemental Coaching

Elemental Coaching is a format created by me that I use for coaching professional men and women. Through my extensive background, my martial art training, and study of Eastern philosophies, I have developed this holistic program to help you achieve your goals. Elemental Coaching is highly effective for leadership training, personal development, career enhancement and optimal health.I combine Western tools and technology with Eastern philosophies. Elemental Coaching mirrors the best business-management practices, using an individualized road map with clear-cut milestones that can be accomplished through specific action steps.

The Elements
This elemental approach is taken from ancient Tibetan and Japanese personal development systems. These elements appear in nature as well as in our body. They help us operate in the world and explore our own capabilities. Each Element gives us the opportunity to develop techniques, principles, strategy, and a mindset. These elements are not to be viewed separately, but rather from a whole-person approach:

Earth (yellow): Earth represents the firm, hard objects that appear in existence. Rocks are probably the best symbol of the earth element in nature in that they are incapable of change, movement, or growth without the help of the other elements. In the human being, the Earth element shows up in the body as the bones, muscles, and other tissues. In the mind, it is confidence; and emotionally, it is a desire to have things remain as they are; a resistance to change.

Water (blue): Water represents elements in a flowing or adaptable state. In our bodies, the Water element represents the blood and other fluids necessary for life. Mentally, this code represents the ability to adapt to and change our strategies or methods if what we are currently doing is not working. At our core, it is our emotionalism and our ability to “go with the flow.”
Fire (red): Fire is our life energy, metabolism and body heat. It represents elements in a combustible or energy-releasing state. It also symbolizes force and direction. Animals are a good example of the Fire element in that they are capable of movement and direction, though limited by primitive programming or instinct.

Wind (green): Wind Represents elements in a gaseous state. The Wind element is our breath and the processing of oxygen and other gasses between cells. The Wind element is best symbolized by human beings in that they are capable of movement, direction and intellect – the trait necessary for development, growth and overcoming the limiting tendencies of instinct.

Void (white): Space represents things that are beyond day-to-day experience. The Void is the code for the sub-atomic foundation of all that is. Human beings in a higher conscious state are the representatives of this element, just as the sub-atomic material which forms the atoms that make up all material things in the universe. Mentally and emotionally,Void represents our creative nature, as well as our personal means of self-expression and our ability to “let go” of any pre-set techniques or mental chatter.
