Who is Coach Eli?

Hello, I am Eli Shur. I believe that the goal of physical and mental wellbeing is best achieved from a holistic approach – body, mind, emotions and spirit. I don’t believe in miracles – there is no 30-day magic mantra that will give you a happy life. I coach my clients to set realistic goals and focus more sharply on what they really want out of life. I help them to realize that health and happiness go hand-in-hand, and, together, can lead to professional success, as well.

I work with individuals, professionals, and leaders to find solutions to their specific challenges. I specialize in Leadership Coaching, Career Coaching, Wellness Coaching and Life Coaching. I have over two decades of experience working with people to achieve what they want in life.

Some of my credentials include Board-Certified Life & Wellness Coach, Certified Life Coach, Certified Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer and a Master’s Degree in Education.
